Rudbeckia hirta. Black-Eyed Susan is an annual native to the eastern U.S. but now found throughout North America. It is easily recognized for its large yellow blooms with raised brown centers. Blooms from June to August and grows to 2 to 3 feet. Plant 2 lbs. per acre.
